They responded quickly to my email and sent me a replacement valve right away. The pad itself is very comfortable and inflates easily. The lightweight design is perfect for backpacking. I recently purchased this Air Mattress Sleeping Pad from Camp Hike Trail for weekend camping trips. It’s a great value for the price! It’s comfortable enough for a few nights’ sleep, and the lightweight design makes it easy to transport. The included stuff sack makes storage convenient. It doesn’t pack down quite as small as some ultralight pads, but for car camping, it’s perfectly manageable. Overall, a good option for casual campers who prioritize comfort and affordability
