Camp Hike Trail Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor gear from Camp Hike Trail. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy for most items within 30 days of receipt.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at hello@camphiketrail.com
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address. Please note that the return address may vary depending on your location.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance for your own protection.
- Pack Your Return Securely: Carefully repack the item(s) in its original packaging, if possible. Include the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation with your return.
- Ship Your Return: Send the returned item(s) to the address provided on your RMA. Please retain your tracking information for your reference.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them for any damage or signs of wear beyond normal use.
- Upon approval of your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Some items may be non-returnable, such as used gear, opened hygiene products, or special-order items. These exclusions will be clearly marked on the product page.
- We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our return policy guidelines.
