Great Blanket, Rough Start with Customer Service
This blanket itself seems great! The lightweight design and packability are fantastic. Unfortunately, my first blanket arrived with a tear in the waterproof material. I was disappointed, but I have to say, Camp Hike Trail’s customer service was excellent. They responded quickly to my email, apologized for the inconvenience, and immediately sent out a replacement blanket that arrived in perfect condition. The replacement blanket has performed well so far on camping trips, and I’m happy with its warmth and protection. If it wasn’t for the initial damaged product, I would rate this 5 stars.
